I began painting in 2004 and follow the Ehecatl Art process, which was developed by my teacher, Vision Bear, to create my paintings.  Ehecatl Art is an organic, cooperative process based on balance and integration.  Ehecatl is a Nautl word that means "Spirit, or that which moves but can not be seen.” The Ehecatl Art process broadens my meditation practice through a wholistic approach to life and living. 

Through the Ehecatl process, my perspective is changing.  I am learning to allow life to unfold.  I am developing my personal balance, deepening my understanding, and strengthening my communication. 

I reside in the Atlanta metro area with my husband and  enjoy being the mother of four, gardening, walking, beading, and writing.  My paintings emphasize relationships and community.
