My paintings are created following the Ehecatl Art process, which was developed by my teacher, Vision Bear. The Ehecatl process broadens my meditation practice and offers me a wholistic approach to life and living.
With Vision Bear's guidance, I am developing a stronger sense of balance through learning to recognize people as they are, accepting what is, asking what is needed and allowing life to unfold.
Painting with the Ehecatl Art process, my perspective is changing. I am finding my personal balance, deepening my understanding, and strengthening my communication.
